Spoiler Alert! – Glorious (Catchy lines)

May suporta pa.

1. My beautiful sexy lola.

3. Siguro naghihintay ng tamang tao. Ako ba? Sulit ba?

4. Viscos – masarap at hindi nakakaumay

5. Pag may importanteng pag uusapan, kailangan disente.

6. I’ve never felt this alive in my life.

7. Hindi sya bata pag magkasama kame.

8. Magsilbi sa mahal mo.

9. Tatlong bagay na iniisip ng mga tao na basis ng relasyon na ‘to: pera, good f*ck, mother figure.

This is crazy .i.)

12. How young is young pala? Mahal mo na?

13. We can’t choose the people we love.

14. Glory: Ang bata! / Friend: Syempre noh, idol kita. Mentor!

15. Niko: Sexy mo naman. / Glory: SEXY mo naman…

17. (Talking about annulment) Gusto ko pag ipunan yun. Magkano kaya aabutin yun?

18. Oo, gusto kitang pakasalan.

19. Alapo (Lola of Niko)

glorious02

21. Ang marunong umalis, matutong bumalik.

22. Sana naghintay ka muna Mia. Sana you took your time.

36. Kahit saan tayo lumipat, uulit at uulit lang to.

37. Ayusin mo ang sarili mo.

All lines are in chronological order. You probably know how the story went. Worth watching! 5 stars to the actors, crew/staff, cinematography, writers and director. Credit to the Official sound tracks. It made the scenes more romantic, heavy, and all messages they wanted to convey. Congrats!

One of the Official Soundtracks available for now. I will update once available; (Magkaibang Mundo by KZ). Below is Saglit by Moira dela Torre.

I can watch it all over again. To view this digital movie, you simply have to download the new iWant mobile app for free (Android or iOS).

Questions in mind:

4. Ilang Niko ang naging totoo? ang nanindigan?

5. Iiwan mo ba talaga kahit mahal mo pa?

Pakisagot nga po. Alin din ba ang paborito mong linya?

Kita Kita Movie 2017; 10 Reasons Why

PicsArt_07-26-12.37.07

Hi I’m Hannah Panadera. Ay, Porsche Cadiz pala. But I’m not suicidal. Hehe…

images (6)

Warning: Spoiler Alert!

Isa itong romantic comedy.

Dalawa

Dalawang beses ko narinig at tumatak sa akin ang kantang “Two Less Lonely People in the World” sa bersyon ni KZ Tandingan. Punung-puno ng damdamin. Orihinal itong kinanta ng Air Supply.

Tatlo

– Lea

Anim

Pang anim or six, No SEX scene pero makabuluhan ang istorya.

Pito

Hindi lang pitong beses ako tumawa.

Walo

Kita kita tayo!❤🍌

Fifth’s 1st Birthday at Uncle Cheffy Centris 2015

We had a hard time to book for a venue around November because it was fully-booked everywhere (our choice of food chain). Fifth’s 1st birthday was December 1, 2015. No weekends were available anymore for party. Until we accidentally noticed Uncle Cheffy located in Centris Quezon Avenue as we passed by going to another food chain for inquiry. The manager; Morish was very accommodating as we ask each and every party packages. Then, we ordered for lunch since we were so hungry also just in time for lunch. After dining, we decided which package to avail and even asked to serve everything in smorgasbord or buffet style instead of plating them. 20% down payment was given upon contract signing. We reserved on the first weekend of December 2015 for 150 pax. 4 hours of party time. Venue was FREE as long as you order all the food from them. It was made exclusive for Fifth’s birthday because of the number of pax reserved. Corkage applies if you want to bring Lechon or other party food. Done deal.

The costume of Fifth was tailored to fit him well. Thanks to mommy Liz. The party was sailor inspired since my father was one when he was alive. Balloons were sponsored by ate Trisha and ate Sean (our lovely nieces). Bubble machine was sponsored by Eloisa (my long time friend). Party emcee was also Eloisa. She facilitated the games for kids and adult. My eldest daughter and her 2 girl classmates presented a dance number. We prayed together as we dedicated Fifth to the Lord God and Jesus. Ninongs, Ninangs, friends, and relatives celebrated with us. Though our 101 year old Lolo Osong Geronimo just passed away a couple of weeks ago, we had to continue the party since reservation was done. And it was Fifth’s very first birthday. In our hearts, Tatay Osong is loved. His memories remain as long as we live. Love you Tatay O!

I would like to commend the managers and staff of Uncle Cheffy Centris Quezon Avenue for excellent service. Special mention to sir Morish who was there from reservation, follow-ups, actual party until billing.

Food was really good from Pasta, Chicken, Fries and their signature oven-baked Pizza which they call Panizza. (You will fill the ingredients of your chosen variety on the crust by yourself, served together.) Below are our pictures during the party filled with fun!

After the party, we went to our condo in Quezon City for a quick swimming, snack and chat. Basketball game for boys. Only few family members were able to attend. But, it was totally fun.

Uncle Cheffy is open from 11am-11pm everyday. By schedule there are live performers on Centris Walk stage which is facing them. Free live music with good food to enjoy. They also accept major credit cards. For inquiries and reservation, here is the contact number is 02 3760051.

Movie Review: Pixels – Sponsored by Gist Ph (Block Screening)

I saw the ad about FREE block screening tickets for Pixels starring Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Michelle Monaghan and others. I undoubtedly participated without any hassle. The Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) has been widely used and a great medium now a day for advertising. I was lucky to be one of the 20 winners! I love the part that we all stood up to sing the National Anthem. (It has been a while since I stay at home most of the time. I am indeed proud to be a Filipino.

What is block screening? The easiest way to describe it is, the cinema is rented and reserved for a specific group of people or company. It has exclusivity among the group/company. No ticket is sold in the cinema (Not to scalpers). Less people, no lines.

What is Gist Ph? Up since January 2014, Gist.ph is establishing itself as the go-to site for the concert-going crowd, with content on topics of interest such as music, movies, travel, fashion, art and food — everything that concerns their lifestyle. Created as a website that reaches out primarily to millennials, it is also gaining traction among older audiences, proving that fun is indeed universal. Its tag line, “Be Here Now,” communicates what it is all about: a call for netizens to get up and go out, see the world, and look up from their phones once in a while. (credit to Gist.Ph)

What is Pixels? It is a movie about the famous 80’s video game and the arcaders (the gamers) as they call themselves. Let us watch how they battle against the alien’s misconception of war.

The Plot:

When aliens intercept video feeds of classic arcade games and misinterpret them as a declaration of war, they attack Earth, using the games as models. Knowing that he must employ a similar strategy, President Will Cooper (Kevin James) recruits his childhood pal, former video-game champ and home-theater installer Sam Brenner (Adam Sandler), to lead a team of old-school arcade players and a military specialist (Michelle Monaghan) in an all-out battle to save the planet.

My Review:

The movie Pixels is so Adam Sandler. He nailed it again. I laughed more than a couple of times. It was a movie about animation, comedy and romance in one. I relived my computer game experience back in the days. I actually still keep my “Family Computer”. It is not the Nintendo (white and maroon). It is the gray one with hundreds of games in 1 cartridge. It also has the gun accessory for Duck Hunt game and other related games. Oh! Childhood days… I love the romance part of the movie with Lady Lisa (Ashley Benson) and Ludlow Lamonsoff (Josh Gad). Funny movie! I gave it 4/5.

Thank you Gist Philippines for a wonderful experience. You may visit Gist Ph where you’ll find news about events and lifestyle.

Caesar’s Coffee Shop at Makati Palace Hotel – A Review

My husband had a cluster dinner with his colleagues at work; October 6, 2012, Saturday. Our kids and I were not supposed to join but we attended a birthday party in Greenbelt 1 earlier that day so we were company with them. There was an all-you-can-eat dinner buffet at Caesar’s Coffee Shop in Makati Palace Hotel at 5011 P. Burgos Corner Canceres St. It is near the entertainment district of Makati. There were glittering lights all over the area outside of the hotel.

They found a deal at Metrodeal, instead of Php 700/guest it was down to P299. They saved Php 401 each. It was stated there that the foods to be served are Filipino staples such as: Pandan Rice, Chopsuey, Relyenong Bangus, Kare-Kare and Lechon Kawali.

Unfortunately on the actual buffet, Kare-Kare and Lechon Kawali were missing. Instead, some familiar dishes with no labels were served on the table. The food I was able to identify were Fish Fillet with Taosi sauce (is it?), Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet, Pork Fillet(?), Sotanghon as the soup for the day, some kind of Vegetable dish, Plain rice, Pandan rice, Pancit (Miki), Menudo and Maja blanca. There was a vegetable salad bar in the corner.  The amount paid per head was just equal in value for the food quality served. It will be too much for Php 700/guest. The over-all taste was fine, nothing really special. Here are some pictures taken that night. I missed to take a picture of other food like their Plain rice, Pandan rice, Pancit (Miki) and Menudo,

The Blackberry team managers held a surprise baby shower for Boss Thea who has been waiting for her due date sometime 3rd week of October. They prepared gifts for her like lollipops, baby album, well-wishers card and other gift left wrapped. It was a fun evening seeing them throw their jokes to each other. I know most of them because I also worked there for more than 2 years. It was nice seeing all of you again. Nice to meet you guys to those I haven’t met personally and who just got promoted. My husband will be transferred into other Line of Business. This might be the last time he can have dinner with them. But who knows?!
